WHY WE FIGHT...

It is no secret that college campuses are out of control. Everytime we turn on the news there is another story about what far-left radical educators are doing to indoctrinate or intimidate their students.

The Rise of Anti-Semitism on College Campuses...

From 2015-107 there were over 1,700 anti-Semitic incidents that took place on college campuses nationwide. A 2018 report published by the AMCHA Initiative shows that this is a result of activity by anti-Israel activists and educators.

Anti-American Leftist Indoctrination on College Campuses...

A 2018 study conducted by the National Association of Scholars' (NAS) showed that 39% of colleges have 0 conservative professors on campus. A 2016 study showed that conservative professors are outnumbered 12 to 1 on college campuses nationwide. This has caused an environment that breeds their students to hold anti-American prejudices upon graduation. 2018 studies released demonstrate that only 39% of college graduates say they are "extremely proud" to be an American. By comparison, 52% of noncollege graduates said they are "extremely proud." In 2013, 53% of college graduates were "extremely proud" to be American.

Intimidation Tactics Rising on College Campuses...

The Heckler's Veto: One of the most troubling trends we have seen on college campuses nationwide is the increasing use of intimidation tactics to silence conservatives and their speakers. When an opposition group uses protest or disruptive behavior to shut down an event, this is called the Heckler's Veto.

Campus Free Speech Regulations:On certain college campuses, administrators have created “Free Speech Zones” — spaces where people are allowed to speak, protest, or gather signatures for causes they believe in. While it may sound like these zones are designed to promote speech, they actually do the opposite by confining political expression to designated areas, often in out-of-the-way locations on campus.

ACADEMIC FREEDOM...

Campus Hate Watch believes professors, administrators, and educators should all have the freedom to explore their academic fields without fear of retaliation for presenting controversial opinions or topics. However when an educator spreads blatant radical propaganda inside the classroom or incites violence or hatred towards their students; it is our job to ensure they are held accountable by the powers that be.
